For Project Rafael, we rebuilt a historic three-flue chimney from the roofline up. Starting with a concrete bond beam fitted with copper flashing, we built 16-gauge steel stud framing, a waterproof membrane, and bracing to carry an anchored full brick veneer and cast concrete skirt. We finished the job with custom chimney pots, spot-welding wire mesh to metal and applying a scratch, brown, and stucco finish so they look like real clay, giving the home a chimney that matches its original character and is built to last.
